How long until I receive my order?

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production with our print partner.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

After production is complete, orders are shipped. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate—no return is usually required.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Accepted Answer

All of our items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

If a product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, you can request a free reprint or a refund.

To qualify, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

No need to return the defective item — we accept submitted photos (or video) as proof of the issue instead of shipping it back.

 • Include in the email the reason for the free reprint or a refund.  
 • Upload required photos/videos.
 • Haven Hands Clothing will review and resolve the request in a timely manner.
